Shipping Policy
All items sold and shipped by Soltys Cameras qualify for free Shipping!
Shipping will be carried out by one of the following carriers UPS, USPS, FedEx and tracking number provided. All items ordered on Monday-Friday before 3PM EST will ship out same day. In most cases shipping will be 2-3 days, if needed next day please contact us directly by email or phone and we will be able to provide you a quote and ability.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 14 day return policy on all physical items sold by Soltys Cameras. If the product or package is not in like new condition, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be provided by the customer unless the product arrived broken/faulty. If the return items arrive with missing parts, a deduction to the return will be assessed and we will let the customer know before any processing of funds. Returns will typically take 2-4 business days from Soltys Cameras and further credit/debit card processing time is dependent on your bank.
